Meet Life Coach Terri Greenwald Hill

In 2017, I found myself struggling again with food addiction, obesity, and being miserable. I felt out of sync in all aspects of my life. My career, my role as a wife, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I had fallen back into old vices to cope. I knew something had to change to be truly happy. I began a journey of food addiction recovery and began making changes in all areas of my life. I implemented small steps in how I took care of my physical, mental, and emotional self.

The change was not always easy. It meant facing old ways of living and challenging deep limiting beliefs. I continually made new patterns of living until one day I realized I love my life and who I am.

I now wake and face the day from a point of joy and eagerness, not dread.

My life may still have challenges, but I am better equipped to take those on. My past struggles are learning opportunities. The pain of the past became the catalyst for the success of my present. I have a clear vision of who I am and my future self.

I dare to dream and live my life by my design.

I am giving back by helping others find joy and contentment in their lives.
